my friend lisa and i went to a friends house party after the club last night.
i had stopped drinking a hour before the club shut so i was almost sober but she was still drunk.
when she went upstairs with a guy that she has fancied for ages she refused to have sex with him coz he had no protection.
im really proud of her for doing that coz i know she really likes the guy but she still put her own safety first.

she usually carries a condom in her bag so i thought she was ok. and she asked me to let her get on with it if anything started to happen between her and the guy

I'm proud of my friend because shes been a source of strength to me, not just today but every day for the past 6 years since i've known her. I have been a rock to her too at times.......i'ts about a two way thing here and both friends need to be doing good stuff for each other to stay good friends.

good for her to refuse, i've got this male friend, he's gay by the way which is so not a problem as he's my best mate, anyway, i used to get beat up by my real dad and left home because of it and i went into sheltered accommodation and i felt really low and suicidle and depressed and when i thought i had no friends left in the world, he picked me up again and made me realise that i wasn't to blame for my dad and that i was an important person in this world and he gave me the courage to face the world again when i couldn't have cared less, and for that, he'll always be my hero because he was there for me when i needed him.

my friend is a district nurse, she went to the wrong house and gave a bed bath to a guy who was on night shift. she was so upset, but shhe is so brave about it, and the guy thought he was dreaming.

its not just what my freind has done today, but what she has done since forever. sarah has always done her best and been true to herself. she is the bestest mate you could wish for. i am proud to say she is my freind, but i am proud of her because she is her if that makes sense.
