I've seen planes explode when a bullet goes through a window in movies too. That doesn't make it true.

Go to a part of town where there are a lot of immigrants and start asking around and you can probably find someone who can furnish you with both for a fee.

Its like really complicated, you have to go to like a pro hacker and they will get all of the fake stuff and then there you go.
