Anywhere in Central America. They seem to change their appearance with different locations, so whatever look you want, you can get. Make sure you buy yourself a cow first, and leave it in an open feild. Try to catch the chupacabra feeding on it, and snag it. If you miss it, ignore the blow-fly larvae, because if anything causes you to disbelieve in the chupacabra, your chance at catching it will be gone forever.
Good luck, although I don't think Chupacabras are fond of rodents. They'd better be really big, juicy ones...big enough to mistake for a cow...

Ah, you must BECOME the Chupacabra! To do that you must find GOATS. Or if you can convince the rodents to BECOME the goats, that should solve your problem, grasshopper!
