The writings of Stephen Hawking should answer most of your questions about black holes. Show people that you have learned from previous questions that you have asked about black holes by including information in the question details, or why it is relevant.
Try choosing a best answer yourself, instead of leaving it to a vote. This will mean actually reading the answers given. You can learn a thing or two.

It can't let go of things it has swallowed. It's a one-way door, ONLY.
Pairs of virtual particles may appear next to a black hole; one gets sucked in, never to be seen again, and the other goes radiating off into space, but that did not come from inside the black hole.

There are only three things a black hole can do:
1) have mass
2) have angular momentum
3) have charge.
Everything else it can't do. Except of course eat stuff.
And emit Hawking radiation.
