Wondering particularly about France, Malta, Italy, Spain...any warm areas/islands? On a reasonable budget. For 10 adults.

Your best bet for someplace warm would be the southern Spanish coast, or Portugal.
The airfairs to Europe are incredibly good from now till the end of March, (I am going to Germany on Christmas Day!) and it's the best time to enjoy Europe no matter where you go, because it's not as crowded!

Have a great trip!

Steve

Hello, I think that Crete island and Rhodes island in southern Greece will match your expectations. Also Cyprus might be a good choice. All those places are very touristic and offering quality travel vacations (great 4, 5 stars hotels).

Hawaii is good that time of year too. Just make sure it's within the first 2 weeks of March, you won't have as many people there as that from about the 15th on, the spring-breakers arrive.
