Our company has shirts for sale and one of the options is "conifer". I'm guessing it's some variation of green.

Conifer is a type of tree which has needles and produces cones. So I am guessing it is that green color (think Christmas trees or evergreen trees).

The name "conifer" comes from Latin and means "to bear cones". I would think various shades of green.

you are right. it is some kind of green. specifically the colour of pine trees not spruce trees, pine trees, which is a deep, flat sort of green, as opposed to the colour of spruce which has some blue in it as well.
