No idea. However respect for others seems to be a thing of the past.
Discipline in schools is non-existant (a legacy of the goody goody nanny state)
Bring back conscription.

I don't think that it's just British youth that are becoming accustomed to violence as a sport. Just a few months back in Phoenix Arizona here in the states, we had two serial snipers killing people off, their reason was it was "random recreational violence." I think that violence has become so common that is has almost been normalized in our society, it doesn't bother or affect people like it used to, so instead of it sending shock waves through the youth, they're instead viewing it as amusing and recreational, being so self involved that they are actually forgetting that along with their adrenaline rush and momentary enjoyment, they're hurting somebody else. It's really upsetting.

When you say you have never encountered this in other countries, have you ever been to the city areas of Oz or did you happen to see the MASSIVE riots we had last Christmas?
Melbourne and Sydney have exactly the same problems. And we find it is mostly the Aussie born teenages of emigrant parents, they're violent, they show zero respect and they cause constant problems and fear on the city streets.

Exactly. That's why this country stinks and I can't understand anyone who wants to show patriotism towards it...when we have youths like that. Okay, admittedly I am 14 but I am NOT a chav and could never be.
I sometimes think chavs are mentally ill or something.

Blame the government, society, and parents for failing this generation, there is no discipline you cant really blame the kids, they get away with murder these days, they need to be a lot firmer in the juvenile courts, but they just get away with a slap in the hand so to say, i say bring back national service that will teach them respect and discipline

i think stronger jail sentences r needed. life should mean life not out in a few years. i think some kids r laughin at the police system they always know their right and have no respect for them. i do blame bad parenting and homelife too. todays society stinks, im constently worried about my kids coming home from school on their own because theres so many nutters around. the government needs to take action now.

there is not any such ingredient as a british accessory, it has consistently been diverse in diverse factors of the rustic. The 'posh' accessory you heard is basically a small area of southern England, people in lots of cases think of all of us communicate like that when which whilst they pay attention a various one they think of it incredibly is changing. I actually have a Liverpool accessory, see in case you could youtube that, it is not something like the 'posh' southern English accessory. EDIT: @ On my knees, appealing Jesus - you have needless to say never left Essex.

I have no idea why they enjoy doing it but i do believe the reason they do it is because they know they can get away with it. From the moment they're born no one is allowed to punish them, it is frowned upon for parents to smack they're children (never done me any harm), schools are in the same position and if the law gets involved then they're generally sent on holiday!! They do it because they can. Sad isn't it?
