Gosh...

I think i have the highest expectations.

And now i'm burning out in the last and most important week of university.

Constantly, which is why I'm always disappointed. Try to tell yourself that as long as you are doing the best you can, no one can ask for more than that. Including YOU. Hang in there mate.

High expectations are great. They drive people to create, invent, take risks and in the end bring about change and innovation. So don't give up on your high expectations, especially when you are so close to reaching a goal. You are just feeling the pressure of stress right now which is a temporary thing. So deal with the stress by taking a short breather from your studies - go for a walk, a hike, take a yoga class or something calming like that - but get back to your studies right after and sweat it out. Promise yourself some nice reward when it is all over with.

Try to step back as best as you can and get through the week. The important thing is to learn from your experiences.

I do all the time & then I just keep jumping up @ it , once in a while I get lucky & make it, but you can't always get it the 1st time everytime.
