I've been to both places and the British are better. French (specifically Parisians) are dismissive and arrogant. British are gregarious, outgoing, and confrontational.

The Brits. The French hate everyone, especially Americans. Which is ok since no one likes them either.

I visited both places and the British were DEF the most friendly because they are more up class and manored.
