no but you can upgrade you health status by , During gameplay, press R2, R2, L1, R1, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up

Try this cheat: R1, R2, R1, circle, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up. I think this is the health cheat, and and every time you enter it, you also get about $200,000.; or try R1, R2, R1, X, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up.
