I suggest all natural Menopause Balance Complex. It's not available OTC but can be purchased on-line.

It uses compounds found in plants called phytoestrogens to ease mood swings, sleeplessness, and hot flashes associated with menopause.

Contains a standardized extract of black cohosh as well as soy isoflavones and flaxseed. Also contains a proprietary phytoestrogen blend of dong quai, red clover, and licorice. No artificial colors, flavors or synthetic preservatives.

A friend of mine has been using this for some time now and is very pleased. She was previously taking Premarin and started to experience some of the side effects.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

You should check with a natural practitioner who can do a saliva test to evaluate your hormone balance and suggest the correct supplements. There are various creams available containing natural progesterone and estrogen that is absorbed through the skin and which are far safer and gentler on your body than hormone replacement.
