is there a way to fix automatic seat belts without going to a dealer?

i have a 1993 mercury cougar and the automatic seatbelts are not working. is there a fuse or something i could replace to get them working again. the seatbelt motor doesnt even run. if not a fuse, how can i fix it?

Is the failure on both doors?
This system is controlled with the fuel pump system, and the switches at the door(s) can fail.
The best pace to go is to a body shop. They will be a bit less expensive than the dealer.
