Anger, it inspires action. Depression is a lack of inspiration.

Neither one is good for you but I would have to say I would rather have anger then depression. Anger you can get over faster, depression you can't easily. And it takes a lot more time to get through depression. I know I have had both :(

Anger. Definitely... I hate being depressed. I just become sad, mopey, insecure and self-neglecting. Getting angry helps me release bottled up rage and dissatisfaction. I love that! When I'm angry I just tell people how I feel without worrying about the consequence. I may yell, scream, throw things...whatever! All I know is that when I'm upset all my pent up anguish is out the door and that's exhilarating :D.

Gee! I wanna get angry right now!!!

Anger, if I feel depressed I reach for the red wine and drink myself into further depression!
When angry I reach for the Mr Muscle and Mr Sheen and clean my house till it gleams!

That's a very tough question but I guess I would choose anger.Maybe because now I'm depressed.
