I HAD THE EXACT SAME PROB WHEN I WAS ABOUT YOUR AGE. I WENT TO AN EAR, NOSE AND THROAT DR AND I HAVE A N IMBLANCE IN MY EARS WHICH CAUSES THE SPINNING FEELING AND LIKE I AM GOING TO FALL OVER. I ALSO HAVE LOW BLOOD PRESSURE WHICH DIDNT HELP. I AM NOW A BIT OLDER AND FIND PROB IS GETTING BETTER BUT STILL GET IT NOW AND AGAIN. IF I AM FEELING A BIT LIGHT HEADED JUST TAKE IT EASY GETTING UP. MIGHT BE WORTH ALSO GOING TO DR AND GET A SUPINE/ERECT BLLOD PRESSURE TAKEN . THIS TESTS YOUR BP WHEN LYING AND THEN WHEN U GET UP AND IF THERE IS A NOTICEABLE DROOP WHEN U GET UP IT, THIS COULD BE THE PROBLEM TOO. GOOD LUCK

Either you're pregnant or you have an inner ear infection. Before I found out I was pregnant, I would get really really dizzy. I almost fainted all the time.
My sister just recently had an inner ear infection and she was dizzy all the time, when she stood up to fast, when she was walking from one room to the other, when she stood to long.
That's just what I can think of, you should probably go to the doctor and get a medical opinion.

That's completely normal- it's called postural hypotension, and is common in young women. It's becasue your blood pressure drops when you get up quickly. Just take your time to get out of bed or out of the chair and your body will be able to adjust to the change in posture.

Thats sounds like a problem with your blood pressure. Go to the G.P and get it checked, it's simple and only takes a minute. We don't want you collapsing in a heap now do we!! Good luck.

Could be low blood sugar. Try to eat regularly, keep your meals healthy and drink plenty of water. If it continues, go see the doctor.

It's what's commonly known as a headrush. Its got to do with the blood rushing from your head,or to it too quickly.Try getting up slower.I dont think it's anything serious, but hey,Dr Know reccomends you see your gp.Just to be safe.
