how about one of those digital pictures frames that shows a slideshow of pictures. You could put some old ones to start the process and have it end up to the current date, you know, like including pictures of them as children, thier wedding, you and siblings as babies, etc. I would love to get that myself

A great gift idea would be making a scrapbook of all the Christmas memories they have shared through the years. You could also give them a nice holiday night on the town. I'm not sure where you live, but where I live there are several Christmas plays and symphonies that you could get tickets for to enclose in the scrapbook. Anything you give them will be cherished, so just have fun with it! Hope this helps!

A great gift Idea for any age or gender is to find or write a poem, or favorite music lyrics, type it up and print it out on nice paper, then burn the edges, and put it in a nice picture frame. Wow, $300 bucks is a lot! Whew...I guess I am cheap!
Try giving them a night away at a nice hotel and some movie tickets. That's always a nice time for them.
Send them to a fancy fancy dinner that they would never go to if they were to pay.
Whatever you do, just make sure they know you are doing it from the heart.

How about a one or two day cruise tickets. I gave them to my parents year before last and they loved it.

Donate the money to a children's ministry or a child health care charity in their name. Why waste good money on junk that will help no one?
