I'm 37, I'm an afternoon person, from about 10:00 - 3:00, I can function well. My daughters 5 and 8 are morning people they are up early even on weekends and go to bed early and sleep they don't play when they get in bed. I also have a 14 year old who get sleepy early and goes to bed most nights without having to be told.

I have heard that whether a person is a morning person or a night owl can be influenced by the time of day they were born. I was born @ 10:12 am and am a morning person. My little brother was born @ 2am and he is definitely a night owl. I am 28, my brother is 25.

I'm older than 25 & younger than 100. Night owl. I've had insomnia issues for years. My best sleep has always been between 6 and 9 a.m. *sigh*

I'm 26, and I can't say that I am either one. I just love sleep! So, I tend to go to bed fairly early and have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. I wish I was a morning person--lol! Then I wouldn't constantly be running late for work!

I am a morning person and I was raised to always believe the early bird get the worm and being in the military for 15 yrs just helped me along the way

I am one of those rare characters that aren't a morning nor an evening person:I am a whole day person.
Never a nasty mood:just one eye open and start yapping at me :i reply and do the same.
This will be that way in bed as well:but once the eyes are closed:shutdown time.
