Despite the occasional fanfare over a bald Joey Lawrence or Vin Diesel and our cultural/commercial efforts to makeover certain traits to be attractive, research shows that a full head of darker hair is more innately attractive to females. There are tests done on infants, animals, and people around the world. Simple truth is we can all naturally spot a genetically healthy specimen.
Who becomes your mate may have many other factors but you asked what physical features are attractive; the hair, large attentive eyes and facial expression in the form of a smile.

Physical? My favorite things are a killer half smile, beautiful eyes, a Wrangler butt, and hair I can run my fingers through.
The whole smile is great, but I love that sideways grin that some guys do. Aahh!
