I would just download spyware and adaware removers, no matter what program you download usually it contains spyware and adware, Go to www.download.com and then search: spybot search and destroy- download the latest version and scan.
adaware - download the latest version and scan.

That will take care of your spyware & adaware problem but be careful downloading there are still viruses!

Not really. Most P2P sites have to have some kind of advertising, or else you would have to pay for every one of them. The adware it downloads is solely for its use if and when it displays an ad within the browser. If yo udo a spyware scan, it will detect this and delete it, rendering your P2P useless until you install it again.

Sorry about that, you're gonna have to deal with it no matter what you use, by a reccommendation I can give you is to use Limewire. You don't see any ads whatsoever and it's really versitile.

DC++ does not. However there is a learning curve and you must share files. The more you share, the more hubs that will give you access. The quality of the stuff in those hubs is usually quite good and without the fake stuff you'll see on ed2k, gnutella and gnutella2 networks as DC++ hub moderators kick anyone with fake shares, virii, etc.
