most miscarriages are because something was not right with the cell development, now the only factors that would make you high risk for another miscarriage is you are RH neg. which doctors can give you a shot or if you lost the baby before due to a weak cervical opening in this case they will stitch up your cervix until time to deliver. if none of these are the case then just enjoy your pregnancy.

I think of miscarriages as a spiritual term. The spirit of the fetus isn't ready to be born at that time so they make a "u-turn". They either wait till their ready and be born another time to the same mother or they look for another mother.
My cousin's first pregnancy was a miscarriage. Her 2nd pregnancy she had a baby girl full term. When her daughter was 3 years old, she told me out of the blue when she was helping me bake cookies "Mommy wasn't ready to have me first time so I left. I waited for her in heaven and I came back. *giggling*"
I said "What made you came back?" She said "I waited for mommy to feel better" (her mom had a stressful job at that time)
I told my cousin what her daughter told me and she started crying. She believes it.

You should read the book "Return from Heaven" by Carol Bowman. It talks about cases where miscarriaged and aborted children "come back" to the same mother or a differernt mother. It's an interesting book too.
She also has a website called "Children's Past Lives" www.childpastlives.org.

It usually doesn't happen again, but you do have to be careful. when you need to rest, rest. when your hungry eat, drink more fluids, and take vitamins at the same time every day. your doctor will not put you on high risk, unless it happens again. but listen to your body and do not over do anything. I am in the same boat you are, except i am high risk. Take it easy and dont worry too much about it. Good luck and congrats
