Is there a way for two palm pilots to share info?

I work for a personal trainer and schedule his clients but I always have to call him to see what openings he has? Is there any way we could share an appointment book or daily calender?

The easiest way is to manage his schedule on your PC using the Palm desktop software and then hot sync his hand held to the PC as often as you need to in order to synchronize his schedule with yours.

I think that you can beam things between palm pilots, it should be under sync or beam on the main menu
