Can u be pregnant if u bleed heavy?

Ive been feeling sick and my head has been hurting alot. Ive had sex a couple of times with out a condom. My period came on and its really heavy and when i press on my stomach it hurts. Can I be pregnant. I also been feeling sick in the stomach, its like the worst period i ever had. Should I take a test, I really dont think I am because my period is on, cause we had sex with out a condom other times and I wasnt pregnant but i wasnt feeling like this. I had a miscarraige before and ever since then I didnt believe I could get pregnant but now I really scared.

First off, you can be pregnant and still have periods, while it's not common it does happen. If you are concerned about the amount of blood call and see your doc ASAP. Take the test if you think you need to. It is really hard to say if you are pregnant. The symptoms for pregnancy vary and depend on each woman. Upset stomach and bloating, feeling bad and pains are common if you are. Just because you've miscarried before doesn't mean that you can't go on to have a healthy and normal pregnancy after. I have a friend who did just that. She now has a little boy that was born in July. You should also know that sperm lives inside the woman for 2-4 days after being deposited there and even if you don't have sex while you ovulate if you have sperm in your body the chances are there. If you are really that concerned I'd see the Doc. Otherwise you can wait until you get off your period and see how you are feeling. Good Luck.

i would call your doctor, it is possible that maybe you are having a miscarriage, you would want to find out for sure to avoid any infection. good luck hun.
