why am i so scared? lol it sounds crazy but i just cannot bring myself to do it ,is that bad? what could help me?

i dont know why but everytime i have to poop , i wait untill my husband goes to the store or goes to work. i cant bring myself to go when he's home , it drives me crazy. any tips on how to let me forget about being scared and to just go when i have to go? is it bad to hold it in ?

we live in a small house with one bathroom off of the kitchen and i'm just afrsad that he'll walk in and be grossed out or somthing

Turn on the water when you go in the bathroom, that way you know he won't be able to hear you and you can do what you need to do.

Do you mean when he's in the room, or when he's in the house?
If he's in the room, kick him out. If it's when he's in the house because you think he'll hear or something, get over it. He's not going to think anything bad about you because you poop, but he's definitely going to think you're screwy if you ask him to leave or go upstairs or something so you can use the bathroom.
Like the book says, everybody poops.

From my perspective, I think going #2 is personal. That is one thing I won't do in front of my bf. Keeping some privacy in a relationship, I think, will help keep the romance still there versus turning into a brother/sister or friend situation.
I am probably a little twisted, but I think it has worked for me.

it's ok, I have that problem whenever I go off to camp... I just can't poo in a public bathroom where other people are. But... this past summer when I was at band camp, I kind of got over my fear because I REALLY had to go... lol... and I realized that, well, everybody poops :P so it's not like it's something terrible. When you gotta go, you gotta go :]
and it's your husband! you should feel comfortable around him anyway :P

You are better off not pooping in front of him. There are some things, like using the toilet, that should remain a mystery.

ease yourself into it....poop when he's in the house, then poop while you know he's close to the bathroom, then poop while he's in the shower..then poop on him while he's in the shower....i'm totally kidding...but seriously....ease yourself into it...you may think it will change how he feels and looks at you..but it's a natural thing....
