What will this mean for the future of the courts?

I meant "court", as in federal.

You mean what effect will his return have on the Sanate Judiciary Committee?

He frightens me a little. He's very socially conservative on a lot of important issues like gun control, abortion rights, and marriage rights for homosexuals.

On the other hand, he voted against the patriot act, and wants to eliminate farm subsidies.

Most relevant, though, would be his voting history for the SCOTUS. He voted for Roberts, but against Alito, and that seems pretty reasonable.

Dunno; as long as he remembers to be nonpartisan, and that his decisions will affect generations to come, we might be safe.

Him and the jerk senator from Pennsylvania I forget his name cause of his instant borish image, They are has-been insiders who should of been run out long ago! They are a big part of the do nothing D.C. crowd living large and laughing at the public while securing their families & freinds financial future and trampling on yours!
