My neighbor was on depo she had two kids while takin the shot. The doc said nothings a 100 percent full proof. So at ur own discretion.

No birth control is 100% but my doctor told me that the depo shot is very effective because you cannot forget to take a pill or anything like that. It takes care of itself.
