why did he punch his wife? If he's in the wrong, then no.
I think we should look on both sides. Even the nicest guy can do something this bad if pushed to the limits.

A man who punches his wife should be sent to jail then have court ordered anger management sessions. If he fails to go, he should be sent back to jail. If children see their mother being beaten they will get it in to their heads that this is ok to do when they get older or even as a child to think it's ok to punch other people. A man should treat his wife/girlfriend the same way he would want another man to treat his mother/sister. Capish?

First of all,he's not a man to punch his wife! He should be in jail. There is no reason to ever hit, walk away. That's being a man!Hell no he shouldn't be aloud to see his children until he got some help.If this person did it once, he'll do it again. If he hasn't already. I wish my man would try that crap with me.He has to sleep sometime, that's when I would take a baseball bat to his head.He wouldn't hit me or another woman again. That's right ladies if you are being abused, wait till he goes to sleep, and beat the hell out of him.

only with someone to watch him because there is no telling what he will teach his children if he thinks it is ok to punch women. He also needs to go get anger management classes, so that he learns how to act then can someday see his kids by himself

Absolutely not. We don't want to teach the kids that is appropriate behavior. If a man can't treat his woman right, then he should not be allowed to expose his kids to that.

If she wants to be bothered to take them to his prison on visitor's day to chat with him. Otherwise, why bother? Violence prone people should be shunned as they are a danger to all about them.

No, if he can't control his anger with her then why would he with them? Kids can be very stressful and frustrating, and we know how he handles that. Violence.
