does anyone know how may millimetres are in a kilometre?

Well....The shadow...that's what makes me sooo special....I'm not the same as everyone else....and to every one else who helped me out...thank you sooo very much..really helps out my 6 year old son!!!!

1000 metres in a kilometre
100 cm in a metre
10mm in a cm

1km = 1000m
1000m = 100,000cm
100,000cm = 1,000,000

so 1 million mm in a kilometre.

A millimeter equals 1 thousandth of a meter.
A kilometer equals 1000 meters.

1000 x 1000 = 1 million

100 Centimeters is a meter
10 milimeters in a meter

so 1km = 1000m = 100,000cm = 1,000,000mm
