Exactly. If you love and are good at your job, it doesnt matter what you do. If you love working at McDonald's and you are good at it, stay there. Or if you love working with poop all day, and you are good at it, stay! As long as you are happy, nothing else matters.

Probably the happiest I was ever in a job was cleaning gut barrels at a packing plant. My worst job was working as a Project manager for a web banking development firm. the issue relates to personnel and how management treats you and not the duties themselves.
My manager at the packing plant was an easy going guy about my age, my director at the web banking firm was a c&nt with a hard on for men.

YES! I know the best janitor in the world. Some might might say- hey. he's just a janitor.But no. He's like a superhero. Always coming to the rescue. Awesome guy. So yes defiently how the job is done, not what it is.
