I fell asleep before he found out what the little girl had wrong w/ her!!! I'm so curious to know! I got up to the part after they "cleaned" her blood, and she was in a recovery room. After that it was ZZzzz for me!

The girl had some sort of porphyria - a hypersensitivity to light. That's why she had rashes on whatever area the team tried to treat - because each area was under a light during the exam. It's a disease that can only be inherited when both parents carry the gene for it. Dr. Chase solved the riddle this time.

And Wilson turned House in to Tritter at the very end.

While her blood was being filtered, they found a blood clot that had formed, making House think she has tissue death *because Cuddy didn't give her a strong enough med dose.*.The girl was actually allergic to light/light sensitive. Chase figured it out and managed to get House to see he *Chase* was right about the diagnosis and stopped surgeons from amputating her arm and leg. House missed the problem because he is detoxing from Vicadin withdrawal. He also got p.o.ed at Chase and decked him.

The episode finally ended w/ Wilson going to Dec Tritter, saying he was going to coop orate in the investigation

Preview for next week: House can either do a 2 month stint in rehab or lose his job

Yup she's right. Also House insulted Cutty telling her she would make a bad mom. House punched Dr Chase because he's so stressed out about not having his pills he's being mean to everyone. And Chase was gonna turn in House after punching him but Wilson beat him to it.

I didn't see it, but here is my guess....
House acted like a Dic* treated all of the other people like they were as smart as retarded cats and then cam up with some crazy wacky scheme to diagnose/treat/cure the patient which worked so he could look around at his coworkers with smug disdain......

ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz.....

Hmmm.

Oh yes.

The charcoal perfusion failed to solve the problem. She siezed as a clot formed in her left arm and had to be rushed to the operating room. Foreman and Cuddy rushed to get to the clot but she only gort worse. Her rash was growing. It had now speread to her leg. She was burning up and removing the clot did nothing for her. They try to get cool blankets but it is taking to long and they fear her brain will explode.

Meanwhile House is still out in the lobby on the upper level playing with his laser pointer when Chase is trying to tell him that he wants to talk to him about Tritter. Cameron and Foreman have already told house that their accounts have been unfrozen, meaning somebody may have talked. In a Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane scene House tells Chase it really doesn't matter because either he didn't do anything in which case it doesn't help him or he did do something in which case it is already done and it doesn't help him either to know what Chase had done.

This is when Cameron comes running for them to tell them what is going wrong with the girl. They rush to the OR to find Foreman there but Cuddy and the little girl missing.

When House finds them Cuddy is in the showers with the little girl trying to rapidly cool her off. House is not himself as his pain is excrutiating and she is not herself as she is the one in charge of the little girl. He yells at Cuddy about not letting him use the broad spectrum antibiotics when they could, now it is too late as it has spread to her leg. He tells her that she shouldn't try to become a mother any more she is no good at it. He thinks the girl has flesh eating faceitas and that they now have to chop off her arm and her leg. Cuddy is thinking this will leave her half a girl. (Note This is strikingly reminiscent of when House was the patient and Cuddy wanted to chop off his leg and he wouldn't let her.)

Foreman and the Cameron have to tell the parents what has to happen.

Meanwhile Cuddy is in an office crying as Wilson comes from the clinic to see what house said to her to get her so upset. She tells Wilson that she has been implanted three times and that the first two didn't take but the third one did nad then she lost it. She said that House knew this and knew exactly what to say to hurt her. She said she knew he goded people to get them to figure things out. This time he was just hateful.

As they are getting ready to chop up the little girl marking her up with a black marker and getting all of their instument out in the OR, Chase Cameron and Foreman are sitting in the conference room about House and Tritter and the girl. Chase is playing around with the laser pointer and irritating Foreman who tells him he could kill his eye with that thing. Suddenly Chase has an epipheny.

Chase runs out of the room looking for house who is about ready to leave the building. He is trying to get house to stop the surgery. House is certian that this is just another one of Chase's useless suggestions. Chase refuses to let House go until he hears what he has to say. He grbs on to House and House punches him one in the face knocking Chase to the floor. House is stunned by his actions but not to stunned to hear what Chase is saying. The girl is allergic to strong light. She gets burned by the lights in the surgical lab. That is why the rash is spreading. House calls up to the OR and stops the procedure.

Back in a waiting room Cuddy has to explain to the parents that their daughter will have to be home schooled from now on and kept out of the light, that she is genetically allergic to light. They still want to blame each other but Cuddy tells them that she had to have received the allergy from both of them. They are both carriers.

Back in the snack room Chase walks in on Wilson with a bruise fresh on his chin where House hit him. Wilson tells him that the important thing is that he saved the girl, that he got it right. Chase says the important thing is the way he has been treated , disgarded, ignored and thought of as a stoolie. Wilson mentions that it doesn't matter if noting happened, meaning Chase's lunch with Tritter. Things are the way things are is Wilson's message. Chase who is making himself a sandwich says "It is not how it is going to be." and Chase walks out.

Next thing you know Wilson is upstairs walking in on Tritter asking fro his "Thirty pieces of silver" implying that he is there to sacrifice House like Judas did Jesus. I don't know how Jews will like the fact that Wilson is a Jew and this could be seen as anti semetic but so be it.
