We have been separeted for 4 years and we have't been in contact at all.I don't know his wherabouts.

That only show divorces, call the courthouse and find out from the clerk if you have a divorce pen dding, they'll tell you if it's been filed. if you don't where he is at far as know way unless you are able to contact some his relatives. Sometimes you'd be surprised people just marry without divorcing it's against the law but they break the law
