You need to get yourself into see a DR immediately. I would go into the ER just so you can be seen right then and there. Not to scare you, but that is not normal.

No offense to Kristi 1 ~ One of the things I have always heard is that you shouldn't take baths while pregnant. Something about the warm/hot water. I'm not positive but I'm sure you have the internet, google that. See what the experts say. In the mean time do as Kristi suggested with the body pillow. Remember that every bone and muscle must stretch to allow for your angel to grow. Good Luck!

I am 7 months pregnant and have been getting these pains since the beginning. Relax, because it's completely normal! Try taking a bath. That seems to ease my pain. And finding a different sleeping position always helps too. You should go buy a body pillow and sleep with that between your legs and under your belly a little! That seemed to help me a lot!! Hang in there. You have quite a bit to go. You'll forget all about these horrible pains once you have your little one in your arms!

Sounds like Braxton Hicks Contractions, I had them really bad my last pregnancy and they started at 22 weeks for me.
Try getting on all fours on the floor and letting your tummy hang down to take the weight off your back and sides. Also be sure you are not sleeping on your back! Sleep on your side (left preferably) with a pillow between your knees to take the pressure off your back! it helps some...but the BH's last til the end of pregnancy usually! Good Luck!
