When I right click on my drives the word open & explore are written in different characters, what should I do?

I have partitioned drives C and D. When I tried to open them by right clicking on them, the command open is spelled this way ‘ò¿a(o).

disk check would be the best. if not, try downlaoding system mechanic 6 on the web. then it'll fix your hard drive. if not again, them use system restore. and if that again does not work, REFORMAT IT!
