The Atlanta Falcons are the first team to come to mind. They need help with their kicking game. Being an indoor kicker, Vanderjagt would be a good fit for Atlanta.

Chicago wont get him Gould is the top kicker in the NFL this year. I could see the Jets or New England picking him up. Most likely Houston will pick hi up Kris Brown has stunk it up this year and this is close to Dallas.
Brown is 12 of 17 and has made 16 of 17 xtra points

i imagine his occupation is over. no human being likes a disruption contained in the locker room, fantastically from a damned kicker, which maximum gamers do not even evaluate to be a "authentic" football participant. Plus, he's neglected fairly some key kicks contained in the stunning couple years. that's alright to communicate trash (even although I favor gamers who do not, IE - Barry Sanders) if you're between the right gamers at your position contained in the league. I dont imagine Vanderjakoff is often seen contained in the right 50% of the league anymore. he's a sub-person-friendly kicker with a huge mouth. He needs to provide it up and purchase some resources in Florida and a couple of white shoes. don't experience undesirable for him, he already made extra money than you or I probable ever will, plus he's no longer an really impressive human being.

Probably a team like Atlanta would think about getting him. Even though he wouldnt be playing the Falcons will need a new kicker with Morton getting close to 50 years old.

He's going to be on the couch until someone gets hurt. That's probably a good thing for his psyche. He had a tough year.

At this point where he goes is a guess. I'll guess that Sebastian Janikowski gets deported, and Vandy will kick for Oakland.

I don't think you will see him playing for the rest of 2006. Maybe in 2007, he will be a free agent signing for Tampa Bay, Houston, San Francisco, or Washington.

Sumone will. but the guy is about as gutless a pressure kicker as you can find in the NFL. I STILL remember that kick last year against The Steeler in Indie and how he didnt just miss it, but he MISSED it ..by like 20 feet ! and then after game said sumthing about the holder.. he's got a big mouth, i wouldnt touch him.

Can you really call him a cowboy after all that time in Indy? anyway the Pats could probably use him or maybe the Redskins.
