i hear it on this classic hits station we listen to at work quite often and ive been trying to find out who it is.. it is a slow song, i believe a love song also..
it reminds me of whams "careless whisper" from the intro..

also some people have said gerry raffertys "baker street" but thats not it either.. tho thats a good song as well.

this song may be a 70s song.. but i think its 80s, early 80s most likely.. if u have any clue let me know.

resolved.. the song is "the one you love" glenn frey.. thanks to the guy who said "you belong to the city".. when i heard the voice i knew it was the same artist

Maybe something by Kenny G. Could be "don't make me wait for Love". That one was very popular and is played on the classic hits stations here in the Bay Area. We need some words if you have them. Other than that, all we at Anwers can do is guess.
