I have T-mobile post paid. For Pre-Paid for light usage I recommend Virgin Mobile. For heavy users, T-mobile is the best because they do NOT charge that $1 a day surgcharge like Verizon and Cingular, and Boost mobile do.

I'm assuming you actually meant prepaid plan. I'm a light user so T-Mobile works great for me. $100 refill gets you 1000 minutes which don't expire for a year. That's $0.10/min. The first $100 also gets you Gold Rewards status, at which point subsequent refills (regardless of the dollar amount) extend your expiration by one year.

If you want free mobile-to-mobile, Cingular prepaid offers that option along with $0.10/min, but you pay $1/day on any day that you make or receive a call. Their other prepaid plan (no $1 daily surcharge) runs $0.25/min, a bit pricy.

Both of these providers offer rollover minutes.

I also use T-Mobile. I don't think you can beat it.
