Chemistry or biology would be your best options.

Have you gotten treatment for your obsessive-compulsive disorder? (LOL) Seriously, though, different medical schools have different requirements for minimal biology and chemistry pre-requisites. If you research these, on a school-by-school basis, it won't be hard to cover them in your college courses. But your science courses are basically to prepare you for medical school, not clinical practice, and if you wind up "passing gas" for a living, or treating patients, as opposed to some research fields, a heavy dose of humanities in college will see you through life and make you a better doctor.

Find a pre-med/life science track to follow. Chemistry and biology are helpful at the least.

Seek a school advisor for more info on this.
