Film destroyed- PLEASE HELP!?

Question

Walmart destoyed my film of a concert I went to. Luckily I also took some pictures on my phone but I can't seem to do anything with them.

I have a Razor phone and I want to put the pictures on my computer. Do I have to go through a website to be able to do that? Isn't there a direct way to do it? I have a cord that connect my phone to the computer but after that I don't know what to do.

My computer doesn't do anything. It recognizes that the phone is connected to it but that's it.
Seriously I have no idea what I'm doing here.

Hook up the line and just down load the files from camera to computer. Your computer should walk you thru it.
