If your thin and have a very low body fat %, then getting implants can balance out the body. It is a pretty safe procedure but like with any surgery, it carries risks. Just go to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. And get all your questions answered before making a decision...and ask to see before and after photos of his/her work...They usually have a portfolio..And silicone looks a lot more natural than saline implants.
But think hard before you get them and get them for yourself and not to impress some guy.

I am thinking about it to and have been to visit with a plastic surgeon. I am pretty excited but still not sure. I was never "blesses" in that area lol. I would love to be able to fill out a swimsuit or bra. and I am not a small girl tall and broad shoulders so I feel I could use some help in that area :)
I am going to go visit one other surgeon and then sleep on it for a couple of weeks.
So I would say go for it, it is completely a personal choice, but make sure to do your homework, ask for referrals and testimonies. They doctor I visited had a book full of all the letters and thank you notes, and the patient survey forms, I loved reading what actual people had to say.

Personally I think natural is the way to go. Especially if you are doing this to try and draw attention to yourself. Wheteher you know it or not, you are beautiful. If a man can't accept you for what you don't have, then he doesn't deserve you for what you do have. Big boobs don't make you a better person. Sure, you may get alot of stares but ask yourself if this is the kind of attention you want. You will soon realize the men will tend to talk more to your breast than to you. It's not worth it.

the best way to go would be to keep them natural. if you are in serious need of implants then go for it. As long as you have a handfull then your probably good to go. thats all you need. guys do like big boobs and all but i personally like the natural beauty. boob jobs don't always look the best either

I have three friends and two cousins who got breast implants. I know their boobs are fake but they dont look or feel fake at all. Their self-esteem has shot through the roof.... I know when I hit my 40s or so.... I will mos. def. get them done.... or atleast a lift..... (since I already have beautiful breasts...... I love my gurls!!

My sister got implants and they feel really natural and it has boosted up her self-esteem. I personally want to get them done. My advice get them done!
