I am thinking of buying a franchise, and researching McDonalds. Capital isn't much of a problem, but what are the benefits of owning a McDonalds franchise? What is McDonald's expansion selling strategy?

McDonalds is an established business with a huge customer base. Basically as long as the place is clean and does everything all other McDonalds do, you are set and almost completely unlikely to lose money after the first year (almost everyone loses money the first year, but after that you should be set). The biggest problem is that you can't always have the last decision in any decision making process, though of course it means you probably have to do less work as well.

You really need to read Fast Food Nation.

Then tell me you want to franchise McD

Did you know the organic market is growing 300% per year?
Just a thought...
