Try taking a dryer sheet and rubbing it on your clothes directly. I've heard that works. I haven't worn a dress in years, so I haven't actually tried it.

I'll probably be the only guy to post an answer here...
Sometimes it depends on the material of the skirt and stockings.
Other factors may be causes such as Static. So, try breaking the static cling by rubbing a dryer sheet on your skirt and other apparel.
And it is admirable for you to wear clothing such as that. Many women just dont see fit to wear that style.

use a dryer sheet when washing your clothes they are made to help prevent static cling....
if you cant do that once you put the skirt or dress in take a metal hanger and stick in up the skirt part for a sec and move it around it should get rid of the static
and lastly you could use aerosol hairspray on you stockings or tights!
good luck!

Instead of wearing tights or stockings, try and wear leggins. They are very comfortable and fashionable. When wearing the leggins in the winter with a skirt, it is very cute to wear uggs with that outfit. A cute skirt with leggins and a pair of uggs is a great outfit to sport during the cold winter season

Wear sheer stockings. I always wear ultra sheer stockings and they are so slippery nothing clings to them if you use a dryer sheet . Pantyhose could be a probleb because theeey cover your whole bottom, but I wear thigh highs or stockings with a garter and never have a problem.

Spray them with static guard, but maybe you should try wearing ultra sheer stockings. I like the really slippery kind, and everything slides on them because they are made of shiny nylon. Maybe you are wearing tights with too much Lycra content in them. I even wear mine under jeans in winter because they slide so much easier.

Static Guard works. Also, you can use a little bit of Vaseline Intensive Care lotion. Just apply a little bit to your legs that are already wearing pantyhose. It works!
