Put on the sunglasses and use the stick and shoelace to go fishing with some of the cake as bait, the rest for lunch, and a few staples from the stapler for a hook, and catch something to feed the cat, so he could eat his cake in peace!

He would tie up John Stamos and Chuck Norris and have Steven Segal wear sunglasses while covering them in chocolate cake and stapling their balls to the floor while he (MacGyver) beat them all with the stick. Sheww.
