it is not necessarily that dumb people are happy, it is about satisfaction and contentment with one's life. It just take intelligent people who see more of the world's trouble to get to that state. If intelligence and emotions were inversely related, then the complexities of beauty would never make someone happy; like architecture or paintings.

No. I think that some people just do not like happy people, and so they feel the need to call them dumb.
That being said, it is true that a lot of dumb people are happy. But that does not mean most happy people are dumb.

Not true. I am just speaking for myself but I am almost always happy and laughing and I have a very high I.Q. I do not agree you. I think thats just generalizing or stereotyping!

thanks, but that isnt true. i am happy & love life & i am quite far from being dumb.. appreantly to catagorize people because that is all you understand. so who's dumber?
