strong - the ones containing a salt (those elements in the first column of the periodic table, except H) - Na, K, etc or a halogen (group 7 elements) - Cl, F, I, etc

as for the second part, lead compounds are all soluble except for halogens, sulfates, sulfides, and sulfites - in the above list, there are 3 compunds that will give soluble lead

Strong : KF, NaOH, CH3COONa

Rest are weak

Pb(NO3)2 should be used.
