Yes, The publishers are cracking down they say it is copyright infringement but O.L.G.A. is still archived...

There are still a few sites around just keep digging!!!

Yup, the publishers have sent several sites cease and desist orders. They are working out a deals that would not be copyright infringement.

Try http://www.911tabs.com They still have some stuff on there.

I'm not sure bout whether there is a copyright infringement or whatever it is but Here's a pretty gud site which i still use. Its proved helpful...

The music companies seem to think so, see link.
However, with a little digging you can find most stuff, it's
just not as easy as it was.

No. More and more people are learning how to read music. (Not tablature) Tablature is actually the "easy" way out.
