I sure wish I could sue for adultry. But the laws with all this no fault divorce crap you are fighting a loosing battle. There is no such thing as a no fault divorce. It is just an easy way out for the cheating spouses. Lawyers don't want to even fight any more they just want money for a no fault divorce. Lawyers are as dishonest as the spouses that have affairs, all they both want is your money .

Hey Johnny, I'm gonna take a wild guess here. I'm guessing you're unemployed. Probably using a pc at the local liberary or over at a friends house using his. If you are what you think you are, you'd know the answer to your question. Example: 2 guys...both decent looking with normal intelligence and personalities. One is a cashier at Walmart and the other is a successful executive pulling down at least 6 figures. The girl can take her pick between the two. Who do you think she's gonna latch onto? You can always become a pool boy or gardener and do the married ladies while their boring husbands are at work.

Any case is winable with the right mouthpiece. But I say, why waste the $$$, time, and energy. The mouthpiece is the only one to come out a winner.

You can't sue your spouse. But you can sue the person they cheated on you with.
Someone did that and won.
I think it was based on lack of affection from the cheating spouse.
I thought it was very interesting case.

If it breaks the vow and pledge that person willingly made in front of a clergyman...why not? Word of honor, word of character?, right? Sue for defamation of character!

You can sue anyone for anything as long as you have the money to file the paper work.

I say no, why take up anymore of the courts time just because they were the dumb ones. It might make you richer but in the end it doesn't change the fact that they screwed up. Money doesn't buy happiness.

I think that is an awesome idea. It would keep a lot more marriages from breaking up, that's for sure.
