enough to make you say, "thanks, God" and not too much so you don't say, "thanks a lot, God!"

Just the right amount of snow is enough to cover the roof tops and the grass. No snow on the roads-

Too much is anything over 3".

Too little is the dusting or the light flakes in the air.

Too little would be a dusting that's melts as soon as it hits - too much buries the cars, makes a load of work for the street crews, and keeps the kids home from school for more than a day ;)

Just perfect starts at 12 midnight - drops a foot and is cleared off the roads by Sunday night leaving the yards perfectly white.

I wish it would only snow between Dec.22 and Jan.1. During that time we can get as much snow as possible yet still allow people to travel...it's always best if it snows overnight to give time for the roads to be cleared by morning.

just enough that you can build a snowman or the kids can lay on the ground and make a snow angel and not see the ground after they've done it.
