See what I mean about a typical Alex question? This must be one of those Ph.D. questions. You should have told me, I would have brought my couch. You're a trip.

That question is what they call in law 'more predjudicial than probabtive', or p. over p. Which means, it isn't really a question but an attempt to sway opinion with a predjudicial statement framed as a question.
Your question is based on an unprovable and biased assumption that the president's low approval rating is attributal to a 'subliminal'(sic) hatred of America.
The president is tasked with the enourmous power of guiding this country, but he is not the country. He is a man and fallible.
When the electorate dissaproves of his performance in guiding the country it is still possible that the electorate is made of of Americans who are loyal to their own country.

oh yes... he's never done anything wrong and 70 percent of Americans hate America...
you're clearly right on target here...
while some people may take it a little too far at times... in reality, many do it because they fear that he is hurting America and want to stop him from hurting America...
I mean... if you didn't care about America... why would you care what Bush was doing? Do you really think he's done that much good for America, because most people don't...
I mean... how many people do you really think "hates America"?

Hi again Alex...
I don't hate anybody, even Bush. I certainly don't hate America, consciously or subliminally.
I DO know that Bush is a liar, a hypocrite, an ignorant fool, mainly interested in enriching himself and his campaign-contributing oil-and-big-business buddies, and a few other things. I also think his policies are idiotic (using long-discredited "supply side economics" ideas to run up a huge national debt, for example) and are not good for the country.
And finally, I think he is a terrible representative of the original ideals and principles of our country to the rest of the world.
I don't hate him, but I think he is a terrible president, and I will be very glad when he is gone. Once he's no longer president and can do no harm to our country, I don't give a rat's a$& what he does or doesn't do.

I hate no one. I am very far from liking some people, but I hate no one. With that being said, I insist on disliking our President because he has mucked up this country and Iraq. To be sure, I LOVE MY COUNTRY and consider it my right and my duty to express my opinions on our governmental policies. That's what a democracy is.

NO.
No that is not a good fair or right assesment.
If you havent noticed,Bush is doing pretty lousy and Iraq is a disaster even the hardest conservatives cannot deny.
Its juts that some social liberals think all they acn do about the right/facist leaning end of the political spectrum is stay away from people that sound hateul(no not you) and keep to their more liberal lifestyles. What they hate is the venom.

An untrue statement. I love my country, I served my country, and those are the prime factors in my disdain and intense dislike of President Bush and his failing policies, not to mention the obscenity this war has become. Two years can't get here fast enough. I love my country so much that I am afraid for her under his leadership, and that is the bottom line.

In terms of the rest of the world, especially Europe, they don't hate America, they hate Bush and his administration. They know that many Americans do not support him or his actions.
If you are saying that Americans who think Bush is an idiot hate America... then your statement is both offensive and highly un-American. It is our right as Americans to disagree with our leaders. It is called Democracy and 'freedom of speech'. You might want to read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

I'm not sure if you understand the meaning of the word subliminally. Maybe you meant sub-consciously?? Anyway, this president hasn't really done a very good job, I don't think it has anything to do with hating America.

sure. no longer purely does it scare me although the responses of a few those who imagine that JW's preaching is high quality and dandy also scares me. Obama must have left this church a lengthy time period in the past, a minimum of previously putting ahead himself a candidate for the presidency. the actual incontrovertible actuality that he remains a member signifies that he sees no longer something incorrect in hating whites and united statesa.. Now, what does that say? appears like i will vote for Mickey Mouse again.
