brittany is. i know that reese has filed for divorce, but i dont know that they have started battling about custody. they will probably work it out in a civilized manner, unlike brittany and k fed

Yep, although I think Reese and Ryan will get joint custody I'm not sure which part of Spederline deserves the two kids, maybe they would be better off with a foster family!
