How do you complain via e-mail to Cingular?

How would I have to complain via e-mail to Cingular Wireless? And will I even get a response?

You use the contact us link on the web page and you will get a 'canned' response and then a genuine response. these emails are read by real people.

You can't. You must use the "Contact Us" link on the Cingular webpage. You will get a response but it could be canned.

Don't complain via email. Go to your local cingular store and ask to speak to people directly. Email and letters go unanswered- trust me, I've been there.
