You snap the trim ring off, The plastic piece around the radio, then theres 4 phillips head bolts holding it in, A 4 year old could do this.

You don't have to remove the dashboard. If you will go to the dealer, or anywhere that installs stereo systems, they can show you what tool is needed and how to use it. Most auto parts stores will carry the "radio removal tool" for your vehicle.
