Ahh, Breathe and now take a deep breath!

1. Decide that you are changing and becoming the best that you can be.......and right now it's a step stone to your success.

2. Appreciate and treasure mother and grandmother...write down any recipes of food that you like, and while awaiting to be on your own...learn to cook! Comfort food is what you remember when you "have a bad day". I'm sure they are already proud of you...and if you remember to value them, all the better.

3. Write down any stories especially of the hisory of your family from your grandmother...and what she doesn't remember...then your mom.

4. Get a part-time job (holidays everyone needs help), and take them both to lunch or dinner...with a small present for each of them, and a great card that you make for each.

5. Smile...yes everytime you pass a mirror, a big smile...your life is changing...for the better...embrace the change.

6. Get rid of your excess baggage.....Make a list of What's bugging me, write it down and get it out.

7. List what you admire about others, what qualities they have, and what qualities you have also....list what you want to do with your life, where you want to travel....and what you appreciate about your choices of change.

8. Take the What's bugging you list - tear it up and throw it away as it's in the past. It served you to face what's bugging you...and now you make a new start.

GOD bless all of our lives......best of luck!
